Nic's Birthday Cakes

Nic turned 9 just a few short weeks ago. I can't believe it. But he asked that I make his cakes this year, so I did!! =)




When it was done cooling, I cut them in half and switched them. So one side had 1/2 white, 1/2 brown and the other had 1/2 brown and 1/2 white. So it alternated!!



He wanted a half white half brown cake. It wasn't that difficult, but for those that now me, now that I don't bake. I cook, I can do cookies but I have never done cakes. I think it turned out great!!
